another update

Paint a world where horses roam, black, white, over hills of green, where further distances are ever so near, where treesof gold and silver reach tall, where little flowers shaped like stars blossom, where Men run swiftly, Elves dance lightly, where the wind blows like a sweep of a feather, in light and shadow, where tongues are spoken, where words gather round you, sweep you away, bury you under, where mountains tower, and the road bends on, turning running going fleeing, where fear exists just as much as joy, where courage is foremost, weariness a blanket that covers all, where songs are sung like patterns on a golden thread, weaving twisting entangling, smoother than thought, where stones and gems bring meaning rather than wealth, and all is held in you mind. You reach, but do not grasp, you finger, but do not hold. See the sights, feel the emotions, hear the sounds, but still wonder. Paint a world where all exists, but none really does but you.

something i wrote yesterday. ten points to the one who guesses what inspired it! (hahaha) rather a giveaway. i wonder if it'll read better in poem form.

school starts friday. 1st sep. teachers' day. but here it's not teachers' day.

hmm it's late summer now. nearing autumn. i'm back in a world where seasons exist. and i can't say if i'm glad about it.

maybe a little.

people have bio exam tomorrow. and here i am, far a way, wondering.
i'd rather be back studying for bio than here without everyone and slacking.

i shall be starting a newsletter soon. sort of. right here. and through email as well. to tell about the hong kong post of nus high, phi and crack.

something i've noticed since i've been here: i've been getting a lot of emails and having quite a few msn convos. the funny thing is that all who email me are girls and all who msn are guys. whee. haha. funny isn't it? and even if a girl is online only the guys msn. haha.
