proof!

of the evil that is fish...

1. hostel dinner tonight was a) chicken bolognaise and b) fish fillet.
2. i had dinner at 7 cause i was finishing my overdue zuowen (yay it's done!). there was no more spaghetti.
3. i took the fish, with a side of fries and corn, and pumpkin soup. heh. took rice. (soup + rice = nice)
4. the fish had some lemon sauce or something that it was cooked in. when i walked back, some of it spilt onto one of the fries.
5. i ate the fries.
6. within 10 seconds, my throat felt itchy/swollen = allergic reaction
7. within 2 minutes my upper lip swelled up
8. heh.

of the fakeness of hostel tuna...

1. a week or two ago, there was spaghetti.
2. according to the whiteboard, it was tuna spaghetti. they also put a sign up saying that it was chicken. i only saw the chicken sign (when it's all minced you really can't tell)
3. i ate it. at least half of it. i was fine.
4. 15 minutes later, jun yup/cass/angela come along and tell me it's tuna.
5. i tell them it's clearly not cause i'm not allergic to it.
6. either canned tuna is so processed that it no longer has the proteins that i'm allergic to in it, or it's really not tuna.
7. heh.
