pieces

a new art concept i've been playing around with - i take a line from a song and type it on paint, and use the select tool to arrange the words in pieces around the central word to form an image. i suppose it's about how words and songs show you things, in different ways. and how each person would perceive it differently, depending on circumstances and a whole lot of other things. or maybe it's just fun.

these were my first two. the second one is actually smaller than the first, but it's blogger. i was comparing them and stuff.

i tried to make it fade off at the end. i think i like this one the best

i think this one looks a little awkward. too solid. hurm.
and the sky could be blue i don't mind - strawberry swing
haha i tried to do clouds didn't turn out very well thoughthey were sitting on the strawberry swing - strawberry swing
haha i tried to make the rope a different texture from the seat but urg you can't really tell. and the perspective's weird.

i think i'll keep practicing.
