wacky day

ok...

today was a rather wacky day.

woke up at 9, supposedly to go for maths, but i changed my mind and stayed in my room doing bio instead. and slacking a bit as well. 12pm went downstairs for lunch. found mr yee and divya and ppl there, doing "maths"... they were more of just talking though XD. the lunch was nice, cheese chicken (yes they come up with the weirdest things... but it tasted alright...) and bubu hitam (spelling?) whee... was talking about countries and cultures with them... haha and about accents and stuff. and cantonese XD

err whee

went back up. studied till 4 plus.

today is bio day for me

err then smsed darryl about seeing spiderman. recently mum gave me permission to go watch a movie over the weekend... and i was like ohh ok can i watch spiderman? and she said fine. so i was so happy whee. and it turns out that darryl was going to watch it too cause damien had gotten free tickets. and due to some rather complicated circumstances, there was an extra space... so i got to go along =)

whee went and waited at the front gate. after a day of studying it was quite refreshing. i sketched a tree while i was waiting, cause damien's dad was picking everyone up. haha the car came, which i was alerted to thanks to darryl's rather conspicious greeting, and i got in. damien, darryl and abi were in the car.

went to pick up dom. he wasn't there at first, and so we proposed calling him, but he never picks up the phone...however just for this once he did! wow! XD so yeah he came and there were four ppl squeezed at the back of the car. they spammed gaming stuff and i was like errr ok... XD whee.

got off at cathay cineplex orchard! wow.... ok ran around a bit looking at everything... had a quick dinner at subway. picked up the tickets... got food (two large popcorns and drinks for everyone) and went in. whee...

mm yay. real funny comercials... then the movie started. real nice!!! the action was superb as usual... whee. haha i'm not a very good movie critic XD. recommended though =) plot not bad as well. no spoilers here though =)

erm then we had a fun time rushing to the toilets, cause we had drunk so much stuff XDDD

whee there was a sort of gaming haven on the top floor, and there were like computers everywhere, and even little rooms you could rent and play with your friends... wow jsut really crazy... but it was a real nice place... wow. like 5 star gaming hotel XD

mm left soon though, cause they were getting so agonised by the fact that they couldn't possibly ever play there (it was real ex ... duh)

whee there was an arcade next to the cinema and we went there. played air hockey... or is it called table hockey? well it's that thing with the table and a piece of round thing and you gotta hit it around and score into the opponent's goal... and the table is frictionless cause they blow air at the surface yeah. erm whee. darryl and dom are hax at that (note my conversion into gaming terms... this is not a good sign) but it was fun anyway. ermm... wandered around looking for something else to play. watched these super pro ddr ppl... wow... i couldn't even make sense of the directions cause they were coming so fast...

ddr is short for dance dance revolution. it's like theres a grid on the floor, with four squares. one forward, one on either side, and one behind. these are denoted on the screen by arrows. like > would be the one to your right.... so basically they play a song and you have to hit the squares according to what they tell you to do. it's like dancing in a structured, footworky, jumpy and quirky kinda way. XD

erm so then dom and darryl played. dom is super pro at it. whee darryl is good too. then i tried, for the first time, with abi. abi's good too, very good compared to me. i was like stumbling and stuff XDD but whee it was real fun making a fool of myself. rather interesting... i wouldn't mind practicing and getting good at it. real fun =)

erm we pretty much ddred the rest of the time there. then we decided to go eat. damien had gotten gastric cause of the improper food we had gotten... ouch. poor him.. so we went to the foodcourt.

erm there's this like jap ice cream stall that i've seen around lately. like selling green tea ice cream and whatever. there was one there. and dom was like i want to buy an ice cream!! haha so i went with him and bought this green tea ice cream.... real ex! $4!! but really worth it. sooooo nice... haha i find that i have the same taste in a lot of things as dom... like we even coincidentally have the same favourite artist...

whee... so we ate and started talking bout school... classes and stuff. erm darryl and damien were complaining about their classes. so we had this sorta meeting where we start with "hello. my name is (whatever your name is) and i'm from (whatever your class is). i have a problem with my class..." and we all say "i understand how you feel!!" in like 'sympathetic' tones XDD. like the meeting they had in finding nemo? the sharks and all? like... confessions or something XD

but me and dom had nothing to complain about ... i think our class is really nice yeah. no conflicts... and no "OH YOURE ALL MY BESTEST FRENS EVA" sorta thing. really ... comfortable. like there are clicks but you're still free to go around and talk to anyone... real nice =)

haha whee....

erm.. found out that it was like past 10.30 and that darryl and i were going to be late for roll call.

hahaha smsed the hostel... then started walking... singing songs all the way. once again we were singing in the mrt. like... travelling musicians... it's a real fun thing to do you know! and damien commented that we were acting like a band that had just come to singapore haha. wheee.... singing and talking and laughing....

mm yay. got off at dover and took a bus. walked back... said goodbye to darryl and went up to room. showered and now i'm here. whee....

wow.... it's cool times like this that we're all really deprived of....
sigh

haha and we're like talking bout a 1-4 reunion or something =)

whee...
i want to have a get together with you guys! like go out after exams or something. oh yeah the scavenger hunt thing.... that'll be fun too!!! kylie and rashi and carmen maybe too if she can =)

yay...

haha really should sleep now. gnight =)
