so here it is, a post.

haha really, sometimes i can't think of anything to say...

hmm... ok so lately, school's restarted, and even thought it's already the third week for some reason i feel as if it's only just begun...

so first week, i had my diagnostic tests, which i thankfully passed, and also the youth day stall, which was really really fun. yay. a stall which introduced the game of liar's dice, a game involving dice which usually also involved gambling but we managed to make it so it wasn't really gambling (though it was just as fun). a drinks stall, selling things like translucent blood or something XD and little tidbits ... and the CTF stall! which rocked!! yay at the end of the day i had fun playing it just once and getting wet... seriously if you don't get wet at a carnival it's a real pity.

second week seemed pretty normal, cept that the monday was an off day and on tuesday we celebrated ms tan's birthday =))) and on friday dad and dora came over for the DSA exam...

whee...

a list of books that i'd recommend to anyone and everyone to read. really really good ones that i've come across so far... still looking out for more =)

The Secret Garden - my first ever long book haha. really nice.
The Chronicles of Narnia - especially The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe
Charlotte's Web - beautiful book
Totto-chan - you'll love it. trust me.
Harry Potter - i'm sorry but yes it's good
The Lord of the Rings - it's a real pity that i only heard about it in year 1. it ROCKS
Paper Trail - interesting. picked it off a library shelf
The October Country - recommended for a darker/lit-ish read
A Series of Unfortunate Events - it's good. seriously.
The Killer's Cousin - a very recent read of mine. interesting... not bad
The Westing Game - a really fun/thrilling/suspenseful/cool book
Harriet the Spy - i may be biased, but i liked it quite a lot
When Hitler Stole Pink Rabbit - a more innocent point of view of WWII... not bad.
Sherlock Holmes - all of it!!! it's good stuff!!! especially recommend the speckled band
Black Beauty - hmm.... a really touching and well written classic
The Incident of the Dog in the Night-time - really cool
The Miraculous journey of Edward Tulane - absolutely beautiful
The Little Prince - a really nice tale...
Little Women - it's rather long, but completely worth the read.
Pride and Prejudice - actually i haven't read it yet, but i KNOW it's goood
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory - yay =) rauld dahl (ahh spelling??) rocks.
The Sight - oh man i almost forgot this! a really nice book, about wolves =)
Magician - almost forgot this too! ahhh!!! this ROCKS. seriously. go read.

hmm.... can't think of any more at the moment. please please please read these books they're GOOD. really. haha
