well read kylie's post on books and how they influence her life and well just thought i'd add a few more things to what i said on that tag.

mm yeah books that've influenced my life greatly

the Bible. quite self explanatory here? well it's basically been a story book when i was little, a guidance book after that (and till today) , and a book of solace, reassurance too now. yep. it's the word of God, and it's got stuff for any situation. it's got history and poetry and prophecies too. whee... uh huh. best book ever. definetely made a great influence on me.

mm next is sherlock holmes? sort of heightened my love for detective stuff and got me real interested in logical deduction and observation and stuff like that. real cool. plus it's wonderful for general knowledge. taught me a lot yeah =)

a series of unfortunate events! whee! wow it was like the first time i encountered goth-ness or something. like ultamite pessimism. mm it has a real interesting writing style, and the issues in the books are quite thought provoking too. a little philosophical, a little sad, quite lit-ish altogether. got me in touch with a different perspective yeah? also wonderful for general knowledge. inventions, poetry, history, ways to conceal yourself/escape/deceive ppl (spy stuff) whatever. whee....

lord of the rings! well not only is it a seriously good book, it was one of my first fantasy novels haha (yeah i'm deprived XD) wow showed me how wonderful storytelling can be, with elves and hobbits and ents haha, and invented languages, songs, whatever. wonderful plot, emotions running wild through every page, images painted by the brushmarks of words in my mind... yep.

mm and something else that i've read that has really influenced me is... kylie's writings. and doro's poetry, yeah? somehow, if you know that person, it's more heartfelt, and you really understand what they're talking about, and it makes you think on it more... yeah. and the more you think on it, the more it impacts you... yeah. sorta haha =)

hmm... and i suppose, the stuff that i read just sort of adds together, and goes through my mind now and then, making me think more, and applying them to situations. hmm yeah... what you read really influences you. actually, any form of input influences you. so ... we gotta be careful what we put in yeah?

haha oh yeah! i haven't posted it yet. now i have a family. like a fake one yeah? haha charmaine is mummy and ken wei is daddy (obviously). then i'm the daughter and darryl's the brother haha! whee! then charmaine was saying like they might adopt dom as well XD

XDXDXD and was just thinking with charmaine today that if it were a real family i'd have the weirdest parents ever! and weirdest brother duh! XDXD

whee.... oh yeah. then there are the previous little families there were as well. there's the 301 one. err i'm divya and someone elses sis.. janelle's dad and eliza's bro and ... forgot who else is what!!! ahh. basically all the girls are something. cept shi yang XD

whee then there's the really little family i have with kylie and rashi, where i'm twins with rashi and kylie's the sis... was that it? can't remember XD

haha all these little families. you know if they connected everything some people would end up having a lot of children. and some people might find that they're their cousin's granddad or something XD oo weird thought...

whee gonna go sleep now. opening ceremony tomorrow! hope all goes well. all the best to those performing k?
