an invitation

all visitors of this blog are formally invited to visit my what-is-supposed-to-be-an apparent virtual/roleplaying cafe that was newly opened today at http://amidstthefray.blogspot.com

if you have no idea what that means, just go there and see.

and yes surprisingly that url wasn't taken.

the opening of this cafe does not in any way mean that this blog is abandoned - it's just an alternate place to go. in fact i still don't put this blog under any of the public/profile listings so you can't even google it. but the cafe is open to anyone who happens to come across it, and hopefully people will get what it's for and have fun haha XD

i'm planning to fill it with songs (to be apparently played on the radio), pictures (to be apparently hung on the wall), descriptions of people i may or may not have met (to be random people in the cafe), real events (to be described in various methods), completely fictional events (to be dumped in at various intervals) and anything else my brain feels like writing (to be abundantly applied all over).

currently it still looks really bloggerish and i'm fishing around for new templates. the ones i found before don't work. actually i've been working on this idea (in my brain mostly, and a bit in paper) for over a month. but i only put it up today XD.

it's sort of like a place for me to write stories and stuff in a different way, and at the same time get people to interact with it. i'm not sure if it'll work but it seemed fun (in my brain).

feel free to suggest anything in the tagboard. new things to put on the menu? want a certain song to be played? want a mini LAN room to be built (i refuse)?

whee... so yeah. there you go.
